Want a whole solution?

Specialists in scanning solutions, Click2Scan have the in-house scanning knowledge and expertise to ensure you get the most out of your in-house scanning project.

Using our custom made Labelling Tool software, we can set up the right fields to ensure best accuracy in your indexing.

For example, if you had 3 types of paperwork needing to be scanned and indexed - purchase invoices, statements and remittance - and need to know the reference numbers and amounts for each, the Labelling Tool would be set up with only 3 options for the type; a box to fill in the reference number and another for the amount. This would produce a bar code upon printing (with a human readable part underneath) to be placed on the starting page of each new document (be it 1 page or 50 pages).

The scanning software would then split the batch by creating a new document every time it sees a new barcode and will index it according to the example parameters mentioned above, meaning that you can then place up to 500 pages in the feeder at a time and just let them fly through!
