Shipping & Delivery

Wherever possible, and subject to stock, in the UK shipping will be next day for orders placed before 3.00pm. Stock is shipped either directly from us or our supplier to you by couriers like TNT , UPS or DHL. All European shipping will be charged at our standard rates. If you are requesting shipping to a country in Europe, we will chck the order before dispatch and contact you if there is a discrepancy in the shipping price.

Privacy & Security

The information we collect via the Website may include:

Returns & Replacements

Dead on Arrival: It is important that you check your order has arrived as you expected and that everything is in correct working order. If the product is dead on arrival we will organise a replacement and swap out.  Please let us know at the earliest opportunity.

Change of Mind: It happens to all of us. We will be able to take a product back and re-imburse you provided the product hasn't been opened and used. We will ask you to organise the shipping back at your expense and will credit you back once we receive the product.
