How it works

 

Once you have decided on a scanner, or have consulted us for our recommendations, you can either put the order through our website or over the phone. We will then set you up in our hire system and propagate a hire agreement for you to sign and return.

We recommend that you contact us at least a week in advance to check availability and reserve a scanner, which also gives you time to get the paperwork and payment sorted before the hire is to go out.

We ask that the hire agreement is signed and the initial payment made (for new customers), at least, by midday one day before the hire is set to commence.

For residential/non-business customers we also ask to see proof of address.

Nearing the end of your hire you will be contacted by us to see whether you would like to extend the hire further or get the scanner collected.
